1. All staff members, prefects and teachers on duty must be treated with respect at all times.
2. Pupils must react to the bell immediately and people being late will not be tolerated.
3. Bedrooms must be cleaned bythe occupant of that room every morning.
4. The study and dining room must be kept tidy. Only matriculants may study in their rooms. and !ill!§! keep to the study · times.
5.1 No alcohol. drugs or Cigarettes may be brought to or used on the premises.
5.2 Fighting. stealing, use of cellular phone in study. kissing and flirting, assaulting another person or the possession of any weapon will not be allowed.
6. Pupils must attend every meal. If a pupil is too sick to attend. the matron on duty must be notified at least one hour before the meal: If not. the pupil will have to stay without the meal.
7.1 If a learner is ill. the prefect must report the case to the supervisor who will report it to the hostel parents.
7.2 After returning from the doctor/clinic, they must give the sick note to the Hostel parents. They will send the leamer to the matron.
8. During silence-time in the morning and evening, all pupils must be in their rooms doing bible-study. Doors must be kept open so that inspection can be done.
9. Baths must be washed after bathing and toilets flushed after use. Bathrooms must be kept clean.
10. Washing must be done in the bathrooms, but no washing can be hung out of the window.
11. Name-cards must be on doors of every room, no moving to other rooms without permission from hostel parents.
12.1 No pupil can leave the hostel premises without permission from the hostel parents.
12.2 When leaving the hostel, the school uniform must be worn.
12.3 A letter/fax of permission must be given before a learner may leave for aweekend.
13. No boy or girl will be allowed to socialise after supper. Not even during study break. You will go back to your hostels and stay away from the other gender.
14. Any damage to equipment like desks, chairs, windows, etc. will be regarded in a serious light.
15. No visitors will be allowed after 19:00 (7 o'clock). Visitors must report to the Hostel parents or person on duty before he/she visits a pupil. No visitors will be attended after 21 :00 (9 o'clock). After holidays and long-weekends the gates of the hostel will only be open from 14:00 until 21 :00. (Except at the beginning of the year).
16. No pupils will be allowed in the hostels during school-time without the written permission of the Principal that they must hand in to the matron on duty in the kitchen.
17. No pupils are allowed to play in the area in front of the dining hall.
18. No food may be taken from the dining hall by any child.
19. Pupils who don't behave quietly in the dining hall will be sent out, and will stay without food.
20. No pupil will be allowed in the kitchen. During meals children will not be allowed to walk around.
21. Pupils must be fully dressed at all times in the passages and are expected to behave in an orderly manner at all times.
22. No males are allowed in the girls hostel and no girls are allowed in the boys hostel.
23. No shouting, running or games will be allowed in the hostel or the passages.
24. No electrical appliances are allowed in the hostel.
25. Only the matrics may have radios. It must be played softly and not be heard from outside.
26. Treat the hostel staff as you would treat your parents and respect their privacy. They will then treat you as their beloved children.
27. No vandalism.
28. No removing of any furniture.
If any ofthe above mentioned rules are trespassed, the Principal or Hostel parents have the right to expel a pupil in accordance to the hostel board.
